Saigon, de son vrai nom Brian Daniel Carenard, né le à Spring Valley, Brooklyn, New York, est un rappeur et acteur américain. Saigon est actuellement signé aux labels Suburban Noize Records et Fort Knocks Entertainment du producteur Just Blaze. Après quelques reports de date, son premier album, The Greatest Story Never Told, est publié chez Suburban Noize Records[2],[3]. Il est également connu pour sa participation à la série télévisée Entourage.
